Introducing AIR, the latest range of LED light bars from Lazer Lamps, specifically designed and engineered for the heavy duty truck and commercial vehicle market. Designed, engineered and manufactured in-house in the UK, every detail of the AIR-55 has been carefully considered to deliver a high performance LED solution with a striking product design, enhanced by a monocoque lens construction and a distinctive position light feature. New coloured position light additions are now available, with integrated red, green or blue options alongside the UNECE R148 approved white position light. The AIR-55 offers even greater flexibility for personalised styling whilst maintaining the lighting performance and build quality you expect from Lazer. Emitting 6,800 gross lumens and with 1 lux delivered at 524m, the AIR-55 is a highly capable LED light bar at a competitive price. In addition, the light distribution has been carefully designed, with vertical and horizontal dispersion optimised for on-road use, including from higher vehicle mounting positions. The lamp is UNECE Regulation 149 approved as a high beam, by adopting Lazer’s dual-output E-Boost technology; controlled by rapid on/off switching, the light can be quickly dimmed to avoid glare when passing road signs, for example (flashing on/off) or can be programmed at any time to always operate in high or low output modes, with low output mode complying with UNECE Regulation 149 as a high beam for the road. Amplifying the appeal of the AIR-55, the beacon variant is approved to UNECE Regulation 65 as a narrow beam beacon for nighttime (XA1) limits, with 2 different amber warning light patterns, which can be selected and synchronized (between multiple lamps) at the point of installation or using a momentary switch where the flashing pattern needs to be changed on demand. In addition to the enviable levels of high beam illumination offered, all AIR products feature an integrated “twin” white or red/green/blue position light. In addition to the safety benefits, the use of the latest technology and materials has created a distinctive look, visible from near or far. When activated, the white position light is approved to UNECE Reg148 for road use. The style and build quality of AIR products is enhanced by the injection-molded polycarbonate monocoque lens. Featuring a lifetime warranty on the ‘indestructible’ lens, finished with hard lacquer (an example of one of the upstream manufacturing processes that Lazer also manages in-house), the lens flows down and under the lamp, with a textured look on the underside. The unique design of the lamp is enhanced by the innovative ‘Centre Mount’ system provided, which allows the light to sit much lower than the mounting point, for a sleek and clean installation.
