We are not a middleman buying from someone else and adding a margin. We talk to the factory directly. That is where the honest price comes from, along with a real warranty, immediate access to spare parts, and technical support taken straight from the source rather than relayed through three sets of hands. We fit them. We have our own workshop in Sibiu, with a full team working exclusively on accessories for pick-ups, SUVs, vans and trucks. Yes. Our catalogue holds over 50,000 products from more than 200 brands, but the global market is bigger than any catalogue anyway. If what you are after is not in stock with us, we order it in directly from the manufacturer, wherever it is made. We work with suppliers across Europe and the rest of the world, and in 17 years we have very rarely come across something we could not get hold of. It means the product comes with the paperwork needed to have it legally recorded on the vehicle registration document at the Romanian Auto Register. Bars and side steps marked "Omologat RAR" in our catalogue ship with those documents, so you are not left with a handsome piece of kit and a problem at your next inspection. A team of people who do this every day, not an automated chat. Our support staff know the products because they also fit them, in our own workshop in Sibiu. That means when you ask whether a roller cover clears a factory roll bar, or whether a light fits into a Ranger grille without modification, the answer comes from someone who has done the job rather than someone reading a spec sheet. The lead time is shown on each individual product, because it differs between what we hold in stock and what we bring in to order from the manufacturer. We display it honestly rather than optimistically. If a delay comes up at the factory, you hear it from us, by phone or email, not from the courier on the day you were expecting your parcel. We would rather give you bad news on time than a surprise.

We deliver across Romania and throughout the European Union. The site works in RON and EUR, and you can switch currency from the selector in the header. Displayed prices are final and include VAT, with no costs appearing out of nowhere at the end of your order.

Bank card through BT Pay (Banca Transilvania), bank transfer, and the other methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by the bank, and we never store your card details. We also provide installments payments through Star BT and TBI Bank. For companies, we issue VAT invoices.

Every product comes with a manufacturer warranty. For the brands we are exclusive dealer, we handle the claim directly with the factory, with no middlemen and without sending you from one desk to another. If something is not right with an order, write to us or call us and we will put it right. A reputation built over 17 years is not worth trading for a single order.

Yes. You have the statutory right to return products within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason, under Romanian consumer law (OUG 34/2014). The product must be unfitted and in its original packaging. The full details are in our Refund and Return Policy. Honestly though, the best way to avoid a return is to ask us before you order. That is exactly why we check fitment free of charge.
