The Sentinel range of round LED headlights now includes 7-inch versions, available in Standard and Elite variants. The headlights offer outstanding long-range lighting performance and a product style that exudes quality. At Standard level, a combination of 12 high-power LEDs emits 5,208 gross lumens, while at Elite level, 10,248 gross lumens are provided by 24 high-power LEDs, with each product having a luminous flux on the road or track maximized by adopting a top-of-the-line electronic and optical design, along with a CAE-optimized lamp housing. Featuring a true “combo” beam pattern, the central rows of LEDs and optics provide long-range illumination, while the upper and lower sections have been meticulously designed and engineered to produce an enviable 65-degree light spread (Elite grade). The result is a perfectly balanced light distribution, at a carefully selected colour temperature of 5000 Kelvin, to make night driving a safer and more enjoyable experience. Given the size and nominal power of the lamps (60W - Standard / 116W - Elite), these lamps outperform on all levels, even significantly larger and more powerful products. Symbolic of the demonstrated lighting power, operating at 100%, the lamps exceed the UNECE regulations for high beam, so both the Standard and Elite lamps adopt Lazer’s dual-output E-Boost technology, whereby removing the supplied Boost cap from the rear of the lamp reduces the luminous flux to the Regulation 149 limit, allowing the lights to be used alongside the standard high beam on your vehicle. The discreet design of the 7” Sentinel lamp is achieved by adopting black printed circuit boards and a black frame with intricate hexagonal detailing for a unique and contemporary look. In addition, the Elite version has the option to connect a white or amber position/sidelight function for an even more distinctive look, with the white version being approved to UNECE Regulation 148. The lamps are supplied with a white die-cast aluminium ‘slim’ mounting bracket which, like the lamps themselves, is pre-treated for the automotive industry before being electrostatically painted in a satin white finish, for a product protected against aesthetic deterioration or corrosion. Like all Lazer products, Sentinel lamps have been designed, engineered and manufactured in-house in the UK. There are no compromises in terms of components or manufacturing processes to achieve a superior product, while ensuring that, more than ever, environmental stewardship and an ambitious carbon reduction program have also been present in the design and manufacturing of Sentinel products.
