Combining form and function, the Utility-50 is a medium duty LED work light packed with performance, style, robustness and functionality. In essence, 4 premium 13W high power LEDs provide high levels of illumination suitable for a wide range of applications and vehicle and machine types. The carefully selected 5000K colour temperature helps define the light output, which is both powerful and comfortable to use over long periods of time and proven to optimise the clarity and definition of shapes and colours thanks to its high CRI (colour rendering index). The Utility-50 is capable of offering more than just a high performance work light. A version of the Utility-50 is available with an integrated red tail light function. Approved to UNECE Reg 148-R1, the red tail light features 4 contour markings in each corner of the light, creating a unique and stylish look in addition to its safety benefits. Sharing the same front dimensions as the Utility-80 HD, 107mm (H) x 107mm (W), this gives an indication of the lamp’s lighting prowess, while the reduced depth of the lamp makes installation easier. This reduction in overall size is not at the expense of performance, however, as the lamp is carefully designed and manufactured in-house in the UK to optimise light output whilst taking into account thermal conductivity, crucial to maintaining the lamp’s longevity and providing years of trouble-free use. The durability and reliability of the Utility-50 is complemented by additional design and build quality features, a result of our UK manufacturing, including: an indestructible hard-coated polycarbonate lens, EMC protection - CISPR:25 (available Class 3 or 5), automotive grade corrosion resistance, a result of our in-house electrostatic pre-treatment and painting facility and IP68 and IP69K approval. All of this is backed by our full 5 year warranty (2 years for non-automotive/industrial applications). Depending on the model selected, the Utility-50 is supplied with male/female Deutsch connectors. The Utility-50 is also supplied with a satin black painted stainless steel mounting system, with either removable M10 screws and fasteners or fixed M10 screws and fasteners, the latter providing simplified installation in some cases.
