A new addition to the Utility Series product line in 2023, the Utility-80 HD (Heavy-Duty) builds on our reputation for high-performance LED work lighting solutions. The product is specifically designed and manufactured for the rigorous demands of industrial applications including: mining, construction, forestry and agriculture. Consisting of 4 premium 20W LEDs, the Utility-80 HD delivers 8,940 gross lumens, harnessed by ultra-reflective, vacuum-metallized optics, redesigned for this product, to provide even better light distribution over a larger area. For customers looking for flexibility and easy control over light intensity, a version of the product is available with a variable brightness function, giving the machine operator the option to increase or decrease the brightness of the lamps with the simple push of a button. The light color for both 80 HD variants is set at 5000K, carefully selected to improve safety by maximizing the definition of objects and hazards ahead, while reducing the fatigue that can occur from using products with a higher color temperature. In addition to lighting performance, what really sets these lights apart is the robust construction and build quality. Like all Lazer products, the light benefits from an electronic thermal management system, a CAE optimized heat sink, a hard-coated polycarbonate lens, and advanced electronic design. An improved die-cast mounting bracket, a repositioned and hidden Gore-Tex breathing membrane, plus a redesigned LED/optical arrangement all contribute to the product’s increased robustness and suitability for the harshest environments. As a testament to the quality of the products construction, the lamp comes with a 5-year functional warranty (the 5-year warranty applies for use in the automotive industry and commercial fleets, for all other applications a 2-year warranty period applies).
