The Mercedes X-Class Tailgate does not lock via your cars central locking. The Power Lock converts your tailgate into central locking working in conjunction with your existing central locking and existing key fob.

The simple design affords for added security and flexibility, you can lock or unlock you tailgate using your key fob or using your key.

The Mercedes X-Class tailgate power lock works best when the car is fitted with either a tonneau cover or and hardtop and maximises the security of the pick-up.
