Keko, Brazilian Pick-Up Accessories

Keko is a Brazilian manufacturer of pick-up and SUV accessories. Brazil has one of the largest pick-up markets in the world and a strong domestic accessory industry built around it, and Keko is one of the established names in that market.

The range

Keko specialises in tubular and structural accessories: sports bars and roll bars for the load bed, side steps and running boards, bed rails and side rails, front protection bars, roof bars, tailgate and bed accessories, and load bed dividers.

Materials and finish

Products are produced in stainless steel and in steel with a black powder coated finish. The stainless items are the ones that hold up best in Romanian winters, since powder coat over steel eventually chips at the fixing points and starts corroding from there.

Why sports bars are more than styling

A sports bar over the load bed does three practical jobs beyond appearance. It provides a mounting point for auxiliary lighting, it gives something to strap tall loads against, and on many models it accepts a tonneau cover or a roll bar mounted rack.
