Roll-N-Lock, Retractable Tonneau Covers

Roll-N-Lock is an American manufacturer specialising in retractable load bed covers. The design solves the problem every other cover type has: a folding cover has to be lifted and propped, a soft roll up has to be unclipped and rolled by hand, and a hard one piece lid has to be removed and stored somewhere.

How the retractable system works

Interlocking aluminium slats bonded to a vinyl backing roll into a compact canister mounted at the bulkhead. The cover slides open and closed on side rails and locks automatically at any of several positions along the bed, so you can open exactly as much as the load requires. Nothing is removed and nothing needs storing.

Security and weather

Because the slats are aluminium and the cover locks into the rails, the bed becomes genuinely secure rather than merely covered. Drainage channels in the rails carry water out and away rather than into the bed.

Cargo Manager

The Cargo Manager divider system works underneath the closed cover, sliding along the same rails to hold cargo in position against the bulkhead so it does not travel around the bed under braking.
