Maxliner, Load Bed Liners and Load Area Systems

Maxliner produces load bed liners and load area protection for pick-up trucks, covering both over rail and under rail configurations along with the accessories that go with them.

Over rail versus under rail

This is the first decision and it is more consequential than it looks. An over rail liner wraps over the top edge of the bed sides, protecting the paint exactly where loading damage happens, and it is the right choice on a vehicle carrying materials or equipment. An under rail liner stops below the rail, leaving the metal edge exposed, which is required when a tonneau cover, roller shutter or canopy needs to seal directly against the bed rail.

Material and construction

Liners are moulded from high impact polymer with a textured, ribbed floor that stiffens the panel and gives cargo some grip rather than letting it slide freely.

Load area accessories

Beyond liners the range covers tailgate protection, bed dividers, load securing points and mounting hardware.

Choosing correctly

Confirm your cab type and bed length, and check what else is fitted to the bed, before ordering a liner.
