Peruzzo is an Italian manufacturer specialising in bicycle carriers, producing roof mounted, towbar mounted and rear door mounted systems for every category of bike from a child's to a heavy electric mountain bike.

Towbar mounted platforms

Platform carriers that mount on the towball are the most practical solution for heavy bikes, because the bike is lifted only to knee height rather than above the roof. This matters enormously with electric bikes, which routinely weigh 25 kilograms or more. Peruzzo's platform carriers tilt to allow boot access with bikes loaded and fold flat for storage.

Rear door carriers

Strap mounted rear carriers are the most economical option and suit vehicles without a towbar, though they limit boot access and require careful attention to the vehicle's approved mounting points and maximum load.

Roof carriers

Roof mounted carriers keep the boot and the number plate clear and suit lighter bikes, though they add wind noise and reduce clearance under barriers.

Legal requirements
