Aragon is a Spanish manufacturer of towbars and towing equipment, producing vehicle specific hitches for passenger cars, SUVs, pick-ups and light commercial vehicles for the European aftermarket.

Type approval and registration

Aragon towbars are manufactured to European type approval requirements and supplied with the approval certificate, the D value, the maximum vertical load and the fitting instructions. In Romania this documentation is what allows the towbar to be entered correctly at the RAR inspection, so keep it with the vehicle papers.

Fixed, swan neck and detachable

Flange ball hitches take a bolt on ball and are the most flexible option, because the same hitch accepts bike carriers, height adjustable couplings and stabilisers. Swan neck hitches integrate the ball into the neck for a cleaner appearance.
