ORIS and Bosal, Towbars and Exhaust Systems

ORIS and Bosal are two established European names in towing and exhaust technology. ORIS is a long standing German towbar manufacturer, and Bosal is a European group with a substantial presence in both exhaust systems and towing equipment, supplying vehicle manufacturers as an original equipment partner.

Towbars

The towbar range covers flange ball, swan neck, detachable and vertically swivelling systems for passenger cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles. All are manufactured to European type approval requirements and supplied with the approval certificate, the D value and the maximum vertical load, which is the documentation needed for correct registration in Romania.

Exhaust systems

On the exhaust side, Bosal produces silencers, catalytic converters, particulate filters, pipes, mounting components and complete systems as an OEM supplier and for the aftermarket. An OEM developed replacement exhaust matches the original in back pressure and sound characteristics, which a generic universal silencer does not.

Towing electrics

Vehicle specific 7 pin and 13 pin wiring kits are available, including dedicated modules for vehicles with CAN bus lighting and trailer stability control.
