Zone Offroad, Michigan Built Lift Systems

Zone Offroad designs and manufactures suspension lift kits in Michigan, and has built a following among people who want a properly engineered lift without paying boutique money for it. The company machines, forms and welds a large share of its own components rather than assembling bought in parts, which shows in the fit at installation time.

Complete kits, not partial ones

Zone's kits include everything the lift actually requires, which typically means fabricated crossmembers and drop brackets, longer brake lines, differential drop hardware, sway bar and shock relocation brackets and driveline spacers where the geometry needs them. Assemblies arrive largely pre built, which cuts installation time significantly.

Damping options

Kits are available with Zone's own nitrogen charged shocks or with FOX and Bilstein upgrades, so the same lift height can be specified for a comfortable road truck or for something that spends real time off pavement.

Coverage

Zone Offroad builds systems in heights from around 2 inches to 6.5 inches for Jeep Wrangler TJ, JK, JL and Gladiator, Ford F-150 and Super Duty, Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500, Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra half ton and heavy duty trucks.

Warranty

Manufactured components are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
