R-Tech, Body Kits and Exterior Trim

R-Tech supplies body styling components and exterior trim for pick-ups, SUVs and 4x4s, covering the plastic and composite parts that define how a vehicle looks without touching how it works.

The range

Body kits, fender flares and wheel arch extensions, bumper trim, grille inserts, side mouldings, sill covers, mirror caps and the fixing hardware to fit them.

Why arch extensions are more than styling

Fender flares are the one styling part with a legal function. If a vehicle runs wider wheels or a wider track and the tyre sits proud of the original arch line, most European jurisdictions require the tread to be covered. Flares provide that coverage, and they also stop the tyre throwing stones and mud along the flanks of the vehicle, which strips paint quickly.

Finish options

Parts are typically supplied in textured black, which needs no painting and hides minor scuffs, or in primer ready to be painted to the vehicle's colour code for a fully integrated look.

Fitting

Most components mount using existing factory holes with the supplied clips, adhesive tape and fixings. Where drilling is required, templates are normally provided.
