APEX, Suspension Designed by One of the Industry's Most Prolific Engineers

APEX was founded by Paul Cox, an engineer who has spent more than 25 years designing suspension for the companies that set the standards in this field. He worked at AFCO Racing, served as Product Design Manager at Fox Factory, and was the technical founder and CTO of Falcon, where he introduced a generation of damping products that were adopted across the off-road market almost immediately. He left Falcon at the end of 2018 and founded APEX to build his own ideas without a committee in the way.

A genuine patent portfolio

Paul Cox holds more than 45 published United States patents covering suspension, damping, hydraulic systems and off-road vehicle technologies. That is not a marketing figure, it is a body of work, and it is the foundation the company is built on. Very few aftermarket brands can point to anything comparable.
