Hak-System, Towbars and Towing Equipment from Poland

Hak-System is a Polish manufacturer of towbars and towing accessories for passenger cars, SUVs, pick-ups and light commercial vehicles. Poland has become one of Europe's main centres for towbar manufacturing, and Hak-System is part of that industry, supplying the European aftermarket with vehicle specific hitches.

Approval documentation

Every Hak-System towbar is manufactured to European type approval requirements and supplied with its approval certificate, the D value, the maximum vertical load and full fitting instructions. In Romania this documentation is what allows the towbar to be entered correctly at the RAR inspection, so it is not paperwork you want to be missing.

Fixed, swan neck and detachable

Flange ball towbars use a bolt on ball and are the most versatile option, because the same hitch accepts bike carriers, adapters and stabilisers. Swan neck towbars give a cleaner appearance with the ball integrated into the neck. Detachable systems let the ball be removed and stored in seconds, leaving the rear of the vehicle looking standard and keeping parking sensors clear.

Vehicle specific 7 pin and 13 pin wiring kits are available, including versions with dedicated control modules for vehicles with CAN bus lighting systems.
