Rubicon Express, Jeep Lift Systems Since 1998

Rubicon Express has been building Jeep suspension since 1998 and is one of the names that shaped the modern Jeep lift market. The company's systems are aimed at owners who want a Jeep that works properly on the trail without becoming unpleasant on the road, which is a harder balance than either extreme.

Short arm and long arm systems

Rubicon Express offers both. Short arm kits keep the factory control arm mounting points and suit moderate lifts, while long arm systems relocate the mounts to flatten the control arm arc, which improves both articulation and on road manners at taller lift heights. Both are supplied as complete systems with the brackets, track bars, brake lines and hardware included.

Springs and damping

Coil springs are wound to Rubicon Express's own progressive rates rather than bought in, which is what allows a kit to soak up small trail chatter while still controlling a heavy Jeep through a whoop. Kits are available with Mono Tube or twin tube damping depending on how the vehicle is used.

Supporting components

The range includes adjustable control arms, front and rear adjustable track bars, sway bar disconnects, driveshafts, steering upgrades and axle components.
