GenRight Off Road, Aluminium Armour and Fuel Systems for Jeep

GenRight Off Road is an American manufacturer building armour, body panels and fuel systems for the Jeep Wrangler, with a strong emphasis on aluminium. The choice of material is deliberate. On a vehicle where every kilogram added to the body raises the centre of gravity and eats payload, aluminium armour gives the same protection at a substantially lower weight than steel.

Tube fenders and corner armour

GenRight's aluminium tube fenders dramatically increase tyre clearance and improve approach angle, which is what allows a Jeep to run large tyres at moderate lift instead of chasing height it does not need. Rear corners and rocker guards protect the panels most likely to be damaged.

Fuel tanks and skids

The company's crossmember mounted fuel tank systems relocate and protect the tank, increase capacity for long range travel and raise ground clearance at the rear, all in one part. Aluminium and steel skid plates cover the drivetrain.

Suspension and chassis

GenRight also produces long arm suspension systems, coilover conversions, roll cages and chassis stiffening kits for vehicles built beyond bolt on modification.
