Misutonida 4x4, Italian Stainless Steel Protection

Misutonida is an Italian manufacturer of stainless steel protection and styling bars for SUVs, pick-ups and vans. The company works almost exclusively in polished stainless, and it has built its position in the European market on two things that are harder than they look: approval documentation and finish quality.

EC type approval

This is the important part for European buyers. Misutonida bars are developed and tested to European homologation requirements, and are supplied with EC approval documentation and the model specific mounting kit. That means the bar can be legally fitted and correctly recorded, which is exactly what an unapproved bar from an unknown source cannot offer at the RAR inspection.

The range

Front protection bars in single tube, double tube and city bar configurations, side bars and side steps with rubber inserts, rear protection bars, roll bars for pick-up beds, light mounting brackets, bull bars with integrated skid plates and load bed accessories.

Finish

Bars are produced in mirror polished stainless steel or in black powder coated finish, with the welds finished rather than left raw, which is the detail that separates a good bar from a cheap one after two winters of road salt.
