Asanti, Forged Luxury Wheels

Asanti operates at the top of the aftermarket wheel market, building forged wheels for luxury saloons, coupes, SUVs and trucks. Forging is the defining characteristic. A forged wheel starts as a solid billet of aluminium compressed under enormous pressure, which aligns the grain structure of the metal and produces a part significantly stronger than a casting of the same weight.

What forging buys you

Because the material is stronger, a forged wheel can use less of it. That means a lighter wheel at the same strength, or an extreme design that would simply not be possible in a casting: very thin spokes, deep concavity, large diameters without excessive mass. On a heavy luxury SUV this matters twice over, because unsprung weight on a two and a half tonne vehicle is punishing.

Multi piece and monoblock

Asanti offers both monoblock forged wheels and multi piece constructions where face, barrel and lip are assembled to a specified width and offset, allowing a genuinely bespoke fitment.

Brushed, polished, chrome, gloss and matte black, bronze, two tone combinations and custom colour matching, with hardware finished to complement.
