KMC Wheels, Motorsport Heritage

KMC has been building wheels since the 1980s and has a genuine competition background across desert racing, rock crawling and short course off-road. That heritage is not decoration. Wheels that survive desert racing are engineered around impact resistance and fatigue life, and those are the same properties a heavily loaded overland vehicle needs.

Where KMC sits

The main KMC range covers trucks, SUVs and Jeeps with designs that are aggressive without being cartoonish, and it spans street trucks through to fully built off-road vehicles. The XD Series is the brand's dedicated hardcore off-road line.

Construction and ratings

Cast and flow formed constructions with off-road load ratings, in the bolt patterns, diameters and offsets used across American and increasingly European truck platforms. Beadlock and simulated beadlock options are available in parts of the range.

Choosing correctly

The three specifications that actually matter are load rating, offset and centre bore. Load rating must exceed your vehicle's axle load, offset determines whether the tyre clears the suspension and the flare, and the centre bore must either match the hub or be corrected with hub centric rings.
