TSW Alloy Wheels, Circuit Inspired Design

TSW names its wheels after racing circuits, and the connection runs deeper than the naming. The brand's designs come from performance requirements: brake clearance, cooling airflow, and above all low rotational mass, which is the single most valuable thing a wheel can offer a driver.

Rotary forged construction

TSW's rotary forged process spins the wheel at high speed while applying pressure and heat to the barrel. This stretches and compresses the alloy, aligning the grain structure in the same way forging does. The result is a barrel that can be made thinner while being stronger, producing wheels that are dramatically lighter than conventional castings at a fraction of the cost of full forging.

Why lighter wheels transform a car

Unsprung rotational mass affects acceleration, braking distance, steering response, ride comfort and suspension tracking simultaneously. Removing two kilograms per corner is felt immediately in a way that most engine modifications are not.

Range and fitments

Designs cover classic multi spoke, mesh and modern split spoke patterns in sizes from 17 to 22 inches, with the offsets and bolt patterns used by European and Japanese performance cars, including staggered fitments.
