Introducing AIR, the latest range of LED light bars from Lazer Lamps, specifically designed and engineered for the heavy duty truck and commercial vehicle market. The AIR-90, broadly equivalent in lighting performance to the market leading Triple-R 1000, is now also available with an integrated UNECE approved beacon function, further enhancing the lamps appeal and functionality. Throughout the AIR range, every care has been taken by our in-house design, engineering and manufacturing functions in the UK to deliver a high performance LED solution with a striking product design, enhanced by a monocoque lens construction and a distinctive position light feature. As expected of any Lazer product, lighting performance and build quality are fully assured. Emitting 9,160 gross lumens and with 1 lux delivered at 574 m, the AIR-90 is an exceptional, all-round product for everyday use. The lamp is approved according to UNECE Regulation 149 as a high beam, by adopting Lazer's dual-output E-Boost technology; controlled by rapid on/off of the light, the light can be quickly reduced to avoid glare when passing road signs, for example (flashing on/off) or can be programmed at any time to always operate in high or low output modes, with the low output mode complying with UNECE Regulation 149 as a high beam for the road. Amplifying the appeal of the AIR-90, the headlamp variant is approved to UNECE Regulation 65 as a narrow beam headlamp for nighttime (XA1) limits, with 2 different amber warning light patterns, which can be selected and synchronized (between multiple lamps) at the point of installation or using a momentary switch where the flashing pattern needs to be changed on demand. In addition to the enviable levels of high beam illumination offered, all AIR products feature an integrated “twin” white or amber position light. In addition to the safety benefits, the use of the latest technology and materials has created a distinctive look, visible from near or far. When the white position light is activated, it is approved to UNECE Reg148 for road use. The style and build quality of AIR products is enhanced by the injection-molded polycarbonate monocoque lens. Featuring a lifetime warranty on the “indestructible” lens, finished with hard lacquer (an example of one of the upstream manufacturing processes that Lazer also manages in-house), the lens flows down and under the lamp, with a textured look on the underside. The lamp’s unique design is enhanced by the innovative “Centre Mount” system provided, which allows the light to sit much lower than the mounting point, for a sleek and clean installation.
