MAER, Land Rover Chassis and Heavy Duty Components from Poland

MAER was founded in Poland in 2009, initially servicing CNC machines for domestic and foreign customers. In 2014, out of passion and accumulated engineering experience, the company opened an off-road vehicle workshop. In 2016 it produced its first Land Rover Defender 110 chassis, and that decision defined everything that followed.

A chassis manufacturer, not a parts reseller

Defender 90 and 130 chassis followed quickly. In 2017 came heavy duty axle housings and Discovery II chassis, in 2019 the 6x6 Defender chassis in 110 and 130 lengths, in 2020 Range Rover Classic and Discovery I chassis, in 2021 Defender and Discovery II rear crossmembers in all lengths, and in 2022 the full Series II, IIA and III range in 88 and 109 inch plus the Defender 90 NAS. 2023 added coil sprung Series 88 and 109 chassis, the Range Rover LSE and the military 110 2.5 naturally aspirated. 2024 brought the 15th Anniversary Defender ultra heavy duty chassis and a wide range of stainless steel Defender bulkheads. 2025 added Ineos Grenadier accessories, a Series III stainless bulkhead and Lightweight and Airportable chassis.

Everything under one roof

MAER employs 50 qualified specialists, engineers, welders and mechanics, and runs the entire production process in house, from sheet metal to assembly ready parts. Its components are used by military, mining and public service operators as well as in race, overland and specialised vehicles, with coverage extending to Land Rover, Toyota, Ineos, Isuzu and Mercedes.
