ARB 4x4 Accessories, the Australian Benchmark

ARB was founded in 1975 by Tony Brown after a trip across Australia's Cape York convinced him that the equipment available for four wheel drives simply was not good enough. Fifty years later ARB is the largest 4x4 accessory manufacturer in Australia and one of the most recognised names in the world, and the standard against which most expedition equipment is still judged.

Bull bars and protection

ARB is best known for its bull bars, which are engineered as vehicle specific structures rather than universal fabrications. Every bar is developed to maintain airbag sensor performance, crash structure behaviour and factory approach angles, and comes with the mounting system and integration hardware for that exact model. Alongside them sit rear bars, side rails, side steps and underbody protection.

Air Locker

The ARB Air Locker is an air operated selectable differential lock, and it remains one of the most important products in off-road engineering. It leaves the differential fully open for normal driving and locks it completely at the press of a switch, which gives you a road friendly vehicle that becomes a genuinely locked one the moment you need it.

Compressors, fridges and camping

ARB's twin and single air compressors, the Elements and Zero fridge freezers, awnings, roof top tents, drawer systems and recovery equipment cover the entire touring side of a build.
